Soaked Chia seeds/Sunflower seeds-1tbspn
Break-fast-Palak Dal Idli /Sprouts Dokla with Tomato chutney for 2 days broken wheat Pulav with curd onion raita
Egg whites (2 to 3nos) with Mushroom omelette-2nos
Mid Morning –Mint and coriander juice /Butter milk-/Tender coconut water -1 glass
Lunch: /Soya bean pulav/ Panneer and Peas pulav/Rice Brinjal curry-
Bean & Tomato Soup, Broccoli Mushroom Sprouts salad -1 bowl
if non –vegetarian Fish/ (100 grams) for 7 days.

Dinner: Palak & Methi Roti (2 no’s) with Capsicum or beans curry with other vegetables Lentil dhal or Stew -1 bowl for 7 days
