Onrising two glass of warm water with 1 pinch of cinnamon powder or Tulsi and Alovera Juice each (30ml)
Soaked Almonds/Chia seeds/Sunflower seeds-1tbspn
Break-fast-Millet Chila with Green chutney for 3 days/Brown Bread (2nos) with salad/Oats Upmav with Vegetables for 2 days
Panneer Mushroom masala Omelette/Egg whites (2 to 3nos) with Mushroom omelette-2nos for 3 days
Mid Morning –Mint and coriander juice /Butter milk-/Tender coconut water -1 glass/ Whole fruit -1no
Before 30 minutes of lunch Husk
Lunch: High Fiber Bran Chapattis/High Fiber Millet roti/ (2nos) Bajra Roti with vegetables and salad, Vegetable soup/Paneer/Mushroom for 7 days
if non –vegetarian Chicken/Fish/ (100 grams) for 7 days.(not deep fried)

Before dinner Husk
Dinner: Jawar Roti (2 no’s) with Capsicum or beans curry with other vegetables for 3 days Moong Chila with Tomota chutney for 2 days/Millet Upma with sorted veggies / Lentil dhal or Stew -1 bowl for 7 days
Before bed Jeera and Dhaniya water -1 cup
