Don’t Stretch it for too Long

No one wants to have stretch marks, but these skin blemishes can appear at any time. Stretch marks do not generally produce any symptoms, but have a characteristic visual appearance no matter when they appear or what the cause.
Stretch marks appear when your body grows faster than your skin can keep up. This causes the elastin fibers under the skin to tear, resulting in stretch marks. Although stretch marks are generally associated with pregnancy and obesity, they can also develop during rapid muscle growth. People who are obese often have stretch marks. Bodybuilders are prone to getting stretch marks because of the rapid body changes that bodybuilding can produce.
Upto 90% of women develop stretch marks in their seventh to ninth month of pregnancy. It is quite difficult to completely prevent stretch marks from appearing, however, make sure that you gain weight slowly and steadily, and keep your skin well hydrated with repeated application of a rich, moisturizing cream that keeps away any itching associated with the stretch marks.
Speak to your dermatologists who can recommend a combination of micro needling and fractional laser treatments to help fade those marks away. The earlier the stretch mark is treated, generally the better the result. Red immature stretch marks are more amenable to treatment than those that have matured to a silvery white.

Home Remedy: Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is one of the most well known remedies for stretch marks. Aloe Vera leaves secrete a clear gel when broken off from the rest of the plant that can be applied to heal wounds and it also contains plant collagen which immensely helps repair the skin. Collagen is one of the most important proteins that make our skin elastic, supple and youthful. Collagen is really beneficial to the skin as they help to reduce wrinkles, fine lines, reverse age of skin, tighter skin, plump up skin and also
improve the elasticity of skin.
Remove the outer layer of the aloe vera leaf and bring out the sticky gel from the inside of the leaf. Then use the gel on stretch marks and wash off with water after two or three hours.
