Applicable to Sales Orders Issued Over the Counter (OTC) at Kosmoderma Clinics

Prices and GST

All prices are inclusive of GST, wherever applicable

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by cash (subject to applicable Income Tax regulations), online bank transfer, debit card, credit card, UPI, demand draft, or cheque payable to            Kosmoderma Healthcare Private Limited. For cheque payments, treatment will begin only after the payment has been cleared and credited to the company’s account.

Treatment Package Utilisation

Treatments will be provided only up to the value of the amount paid towards the package.

Refund Policy

All payments made towards treatments are non-refundable.

Medical Reasons for Discontinuing Treatment

If a patient is unable to continue treatment due to medical reasons, the case will be reviewed by the Medical Review Committee. A credit note for the unused amount may be issued only in cases involving documented medical co-morbidities, subject to the committee’s approval. The credit note may be used towards customer referrals or other packages, treatments, products, or services offered by Kosmoderma.

Validity of Credit Notes and Gift Vouchers

All credit notes and gift vouchers must be fully utilised within one (1) year from the date of issue.

Product Exchange Policy

Defective products may be exchanged within ten (10) days of purchase by submitting a valid copy of the purchase receipt. Product exchanges can be processed only at the clinic where the product was originally purchased.

For other exchange requests, an exchange may be considered only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and the request is made within ten (10) days of purchase.

Products Purchased Under Discount or Promotional Schemes

Products purchased under discount or promotional schemes cannot be exchanged.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the treatments provided will first be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to applicable law.

Retention of Purchase Receipt

Please retain the original receipt issued for any product or treatment for future reference.

Acceptance and Modification of Terms

By availing of Kosmoderma’s services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Kosmoderma Healthcare Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without assigning a reason or providing prior notice, subject to applicable law.

Communication Consent

By using the Kosmoderma website (Kosmoderma.com) and/or submitting an enquiry form on the website or our promotional landing pages, you authorise Kosmoderma to contact you by email, phone call, SMS, RCS, or WhatsApp. Such communications may include scheduling appointments, providing information about the treatment you enquired about, and sharing promotional offers available at our clinics.

Communications will be made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including applicable consent requirements and communication preferences. Any applicable restrictions relating to DND, DNC, or NCPR registration will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations.
