Fluffy Egg white masala Omelette
Mid Morning –Mint and coriander juice /Tender coconut water -1 glass
Lunch: Barley Vegetable Dal kitchadi /Methi leaves Mushroom Brown rice /Whole wheat Chappatis (2 nos) with Urad dal- /Cucumber,Bell pepper Sprouted green gram salad-1 bowl for 7 days if non –vegetarian Shrimp/Fish (100 grams)
