• Avoid use of warm water on the skin
• Always apply Moisturiser and Sunscreen before going out, the specification for the same should be as prescribed by the doctor
• Stop using night creams at least 2 days before the procedure or as instructed by the doctor
• Avoid swimming from 2 days prior to the procedure
• Avoid workout 1 day before the procedure
• Avoid parlor activities from 5 days prior to the procedure (Bleaching, waxing, threading).
• Avoid Laser treatment on the areas to be treated from 15 days prior to the procedure or as suggested by the doctor

• Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, sauna etc 2-5 days post the treatment
• Avoid wearing tight fit clothes for 2-3 days post laser hair removal
• Keep your skin hydrated, apply adequate amount of moisturiser to ensure that your skin doesn’t dry up
• Avoid parlor activities for 2 weeks post the procedure

• Avoid parlor activities a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks prior to the procedure (Bleaching, waxing, threading)
• Refrain from any parlor activity during your treatments, if u wish to undergo any, make sure that you inform your treating doctor in order to check its feasibility
• If you have recently undergone a skin tan procedure, make sure that you inform the doctor prior to the treatment

• Avoid waxing or shaving in between sessions on the areas to be treated
• Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, sauna etc. for 2 to 5 days post the treatment
• Avoid tight fit clothes for a minimum of 2 to 3 days post laser hair removal
• Keep your skin hydrated, apply adequate amount of moisturiser to ensure that your skin doesn’t dry up
• To see best results please stick to the time duration between 2 sessions as suggested by the doctor.

I came to Kosmoderma for my LHR they are the best in town. Dr Neha is really sweet and really good with what she does, she is always available case of any concern. Even if I can’t go to the clinic for my review and have any doubts both Dr Neha and Dr Sneha are available on call. The staff members are also very hospitable, they leave any stone unturned to make you comfortable while in the clinic . The LHR treatment has reduced my hair growth considerably .
